eVOLVe has an efficient and fast communications among the managerial layers. The organization is led by the director who has more than 30 years of experience in training, consulting, mentorship and project managing. The operations are directed by the chief operating officer (COO) who has more than 15 years of experience as a management and industrial consultant and trainer. The COO has also a long experience in managing a wide spectrum of projects ranging from small projects with private sectors to big projects in economic development with different International donors. The COO manages, monitors and controls a mixed-type project organization in which a high flexibility could be achieved for driving the tasks to success.
The project management process is led by project management offices (PMOs) and project managers and officers who are highly-qualified in managing different types of projects. eVOLVe project management has administrative support team who provide supportive and logistical services to the project management in order to assure accurate and timely outcomes. eVOLVe has 4 people as full-time employees in its organization structure (i.e., the director, the COO, and 2 consultants and project managers) with accumulated years of experience of more than 30 years in consulting, training, mentorship and project management.

This network is spread all over the country’s governorates (North, Middle, and South of Jordan) and in different manufacturing, service and trade sectors. These partners form implementing arms that support eVOLVe to implement and manage its projects and initiatives smoothly and more conveniently.
Moreover, eVOLVe has its own network of consultants, trainers, mentors and business specialists covering all the scope of practice areas and services. eVOLVe has a list of associate experts of more than 80 experienced persons. eVOLVe has also an access to a regional and global network of experts that provide cutting-edge experience and skills where and when needed.
