 - Excellent experience and connections with multiple donors, INGOs, public and governmental entities, CSOs, BSOs, and private business organizations (micro- and SMEs).

- Experienced in constructing M&E systems and establishing KPIs.

- Long experience in constructing and implementing pre-teaming and teaming agreement with large and small consulting US organizations.

eVOLVe has relevant capabilities to provide monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) services through the long experience of its staff in constructing and implementing ME&L plans, performance measurement frameworks and logical frameworks. eVOLVe has excellent experience in conducting monitoring and evaluation campaigns and studies including baseline, midline and end-line assessment studies using primary and secondary research and surveying approaches. eVOLVe is also capable and experienced in employing high-tech, and online interactive technologies/platforms and creative ME&L concept to deliver comprehensive MEL reports timely and accurately.

eVOLVe adopts an agile project management approach where an iterative approach is followed to delivering a project throughout its life cycle. This approach is frequently used by our project management team to promote velocity and adaptability since the benefit of iteration is that we can adjust as we go along rather than following a linear path.

A strict quality assurance and control procedures are followed and applied to make sure that the outcomes of each phase conform or even outperform the required deliverable and milestones of the projects. eVOLVe services and project management activities follow the ISO standard operational procedure (SOPs) for providing high quality consulting/training/coaching services from the early stage of pre-sale going through proposal preparation, contracting and scoping, team mobilization, project planning, service and product procurement, project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning (ME&L), until project auditing and closing. The quality control and outcomes’ monitoring and evaluation reports are prepared periodically by the units’ project managers and raised to the chief operating officer (COO) for final review and approval before the next phase is launched. All of these planning and operational procedures are documented, controlled and archived using a comprehensive cloud-based management information system and database that is fully-secured and accessible to our team members anytime anywhere to ensure full commitment to provide accurate and timely outcomes.

At eVOLVe, we provide project management and technical assistance services for the types of projects under our practice areas and scope of services, and include:

  • Initiation to gain an understanding of the scope of the project, identify stakeholders, and develop objectives.
  • Planning and design to further define the objectives and break the work into manageable tasks. Time and cost estimates, sequence and scheduling, and resource assignment should take place during this step.
  • Execution and implementation occur after the project plan has been approved by stakeholders or other decision makers.
  • Monitoring and controlling systems take place throughout the course of implementation so changes can be made as needed. Milestones are highlighted and regular reports are issued to stakeholders.
  • Completion includes evaluation of the project, a final report, and handoff to the customer and permanent support group.
